Konnekt ready to go live with one press connection through videophone
Melbourne-based firm Konnekt is set to launch a one press connection videophone product on the market next week aimed at community and residential aged care and people living at home with dementia, hearing loss or disability.
Using Skype technology, the Konnekt terminal allows recipients to accept or reject a call with one press and to initiate a video call, and also has an auto-answer function and two-way audio in case the receiver is in another room or has had a fall.
